					Entering the real estate profession with over 20 years of design experience including web design, marketing, advertising, promotions and graphic design, allows Tracy to better serve her clients specific needs. Tracy has owned her own business, Tracy George Graphics, and worked with customers both large and small, from individuals to state agencies from concept to finished product. One of her favorite projects was assisting in the organization and promotion of the COCAAN Feed The Need Food Recovery Program.

Oregon Initial Agency Disclosure					Being involved in her community is something that Tracy has always loved. She has lent her expertise and time to the Deschutes County 4-H program for the past 13
	years as a project leader, coach, and a horse show judge. Tracy has volunteered with the Bend Chapter of the FFA for the past 7 years, judged public speaking competitions, and chaperoned many events. For the past 5 years she has been a horse show judge for the Oregon High School Equestrian Team. Tracy is a native Oregonian, having grown up in Philomath. Tracy and her husband Steven, a Wildlife Biologist for the Oregon Department of Fish & Wildlife, have found Central Oregon the perfect place to raise their three daughters. Nicole, a certified veterinary technician; Kayla, a 2006 graduate from Mt. View High School, and Courtney, a sophomore at Mt. View High School. Tracy and Steve enjoy spending time with their family and being in the outdoors.
